I live in the mountains and hunt waterfowl often. I got a reservation for Jean K. Tool SWA on Saturday & Brush SWA on Sunday. I figured the river hunting would be my best bet as the ponds are most likely frozen.
I have several duck decoys and a couple dozen full body Big Foot Geese decoys. Any help would be great.
    Thanks

Jean k tool - Walk east about 1/4 of a mile and get the first blind under the river lip. Perfect inlet for your duck decoys and about 25 yards back is a sandbar to place goose decoys on. To the west under the bridge you can get to the channel...that's where guys are having the most success. We got pretty lucky weekend before the split ended....don't know what it looks like now but I would imagine it will be decent with all the lakes and ponds now frozen.
