    Used this recipe with some modifications to make a big pile of goose barbados on Saturday.

    Skipped the peaches, squeezed a couple of oranges into it and substituted beer for beef stock because, well, beer.

    Absolutely phenomenal.

    Thanks for sharing that link. There is never joy in our household when I bring home geese, but maybe that will change now. I made this barbacoa this weekend and it got an enthusiastic thumbs up from all family members. I followed the recipe almost exactly, except had to use canned peaches and added a little bit of pork (just in case, but I don't think it needed it).
