Earlier in the week I saw the charge for $301.75 on my credit card. Wife has been trying to get a cow moose tag for some years so cool she drew.

Nope, I'm that guy who drew an archery bull moose with only 8 points. Feel bad for the guys who have to wait 20+ years and here I am getting lucky.

I know the moose country like the back of my hand where I drew but its bow hunting so you never know what could happen. If anyone on here has archery moose experience I would love to chat before September. Also just looked and 2 other guys drew moose archery 20 tags so if anyone knows them I would like to meet them before season.

Best of luck to everyone this year and I will be back in September with bloody pictures hopefully.

It is a good year to do it. Now that you have to pay $50 per pref point, it is about to get really expensive

    Congratulations!

Be careful of shooting one late in the day. You want to have great pictures of your once in a lifetime trophy.

It takes quite awhile to get one into manageable pieces.

I shot mine just before Sunset in Wyoming Grizzly Country alone. I walked up to it and thought I have a Horse laying here. It was almost Midnight when I returned to camp after spending hours getting it ready for a long hike in the Morning.
Good Luck and enjoy the experience, because there is no other hunt quite like it.

    Foldem

Yeah that's a couple toads for sure. Went out scouting once and saw one good bull already putting on some paddles. Need some snow to melt first before they get to their summer grounds.
